splashtrash @peter0_pan They sit above your hip at your natural waist and are full length, but could be cropped if you wanted them shorter.

splashtrash @peter0_pan You’ll need to measure your inseam (I am short, but have a longer inseam than people much taller than me, so everyone is different). The easiest way is using another pair of jeans - use a tape measure and measure from the inside seam down to the ankle. (Crotch to ankle)

splashtrash @peter0_pan I should imagine they will fit you at full length though because pants that are made for shorter people are usually 28-30” inseam. I purchased them longer because I need an inseam that would usually be for a taller person. This was how they were offered in that jean.
