This is a wine red flapper dress with black sequin overlay and Fringe zigzag hem. It’s super cute. I wore it one time for a roaring 20s party. It has a zipper on the side and is a size small/xs. I’m normally a size 0 with small chest so this fit me a bit loose. The material dies stretch a bit.
