Romeo and Juliet Couture sequined cocktail dress in mermaid green/blue sz small

Going to a party? Want to turn heads? This Romeo and Juliet sequined mini cocktail dress is for you. The picture don't do it justice. The color is almost like a mermaid tail green and blue shimmer. It's form fitting but not right, just highlights your figure. I wore this ONCE for a few hours at a New Years dinner. It is in excellent condition. Size small. **please note, I am no longer doing additional measurement requests with measuring tapes. This sizes are as they are marked, the same you find as you shop in a retail store in person or online. This is not a full-time job for me- just clearing my closet out.
