Rose gold sequin and red dress

Too cute! Rose gold sequin top with white sparkly tulle with a red tulle overlay for the bottom. Brand new, never worn due to the liner being sewed inside out (tag shows through the tulle). I am not domestically inclined so I can't fix it. My loss your gain! Has a red tie in the back, the black belt does not go all the way around. Size 2T/3T
