This dress is from Rouje’s Summer 2018 collection. A button-down black midi dress with red polka dots, v-neck opening, frilled collar, and slightly capped sleeves. I really loved this dress, but have accepted that it does not fit me. I’m passing it on in the hopes that the next owner will give it the wear it deserves. Fabric is 100% viscose. Dress is in really great condition, but the top and 5th button holes are a bit frayed (see last 2 pics).
