Royal Blue Prima Donna Collection Pageant Gown. Gorgeous beadwork. Purchased brand new in 2007, worn once for an event and kept under cover. Has matching neck band, original tag, and extra beads. In excellent condition, professional cleaning recommended, slight tarnish on rhinestone chains dangling from neck band, they can be removed.
