Royal Blue Summer Dress

This dress has the most adorable cut, sadly it is just too short for my comfort- mini dress length, hits me mid/upper thigh and I’m 5’5” for reference. Super forgiving on the size with the stretchy fabric. Cotton dress that is well worn but no loose threads.
