Royal blue button up dress

So cute! Royal blue dress that buttons all the way up. Has blue slip underneath. Front reaches mid thigh and black is slightly lower. Tie cinches in the middle, you can make it looser or tighter and then you can tie it. Front chest pockets. Sleeves can be full length or 3/4. Missing silver button on left sleeve wrist (see photo), can’t see it when rolled up as 3/4 length. Really cute worn with tall brown boots. Color of first photos are accurate.
