I cannot lower shipping on here. Poshmark has a flat rate for shipping. If I don't agree to your offer I decline it. If I do agree to the offer the transaction automatically goes through. It will show you how much will be taken from your account but I have no control on shipping.

If you lower something by 10% it lowers shipping to 3.99.

I don't believe they have that option at the moment. They usually tell you when they have the blitz shipping like that. @jpktv I would only lower it by $3 for the 10%. And if it doesn't have the shipping promotion the shipping will still be 4.99.
