Hi- Love the dress. Does it stretch (is there spandex/elastane)? Can you provide armpit to armpit measurement? Thanks in advance.

Hi- Sorry, should have done my research first before asking so many questions. I just looked at it on the Fashion Nova website. I see it has 18% spandex, so plenty of stretch. Their size chart states bust= 41.5"/ waist = 33.5", but my experience is that the guide is not always accurate. Some reviews suggest it runs bigger than size guide estimates. I'm hoping it might fit 45" bust / 35" waist. Your thoughts?
