Brand new with tags. The size as purchased is listed as a small (size 4). However please read for more sizing advice: I am normally a typical size 2, and pretty short. The top of this dress was too tight on me. I would say it fits on top more like a size zero. And you can kind of see from the picture that I took there is a pretty small narrow area of fabric for the chest. So my recommendation is that this dress is going to look and fit best on someone tall and thin with a small chest. There is a side zipper on the dress so hence has a little less flexibility in fit. Approximate measurements: -Length from top of straps to bottom of dress: 43" -Length of bust left to right: 15" -the height of the bust/top section of the dress - I measured in the middle of one side: ~4" Straps are not adjustable
