Brand new without tags. Never used. It's too big for me. The clear stickers are still on the heart and the gold metal name plate in the front of the bag. Has a pocket inside with zipper and a bigger zipper to make sure nothing else doesn't falls out. Height is 18 inches high and length is 16 inches and width of the bag inside is 7 inches wide. The straps are 10 inches long/tall.
