whopper1 are you saying the size runs small?

sugarfille @whopper1 waist is about 17" across on outside laying flat. I wear 34C bra & have 31" waist & it fits me perfect with a plain longsleeve underneath. But I wouldn't suggest for anyone bigger than my measurements or who wanted to layer too much underneath! I generally wear size M in tops. sugarfille @whopper1 I added a pic of me wearing to help model. My hips are 41" & I would not suggest this coat for hip measurements over that :)

whopper1 My weight is 118 and wear a 34B bra. Not sure about my hip size so I will measure tomorrow morning. Thanks for the additional pic!

sugarfille @whopper1 I also want to mention that the tie is somewhat higher than right at the waist, it's more noticeble in the last pic than the first :)
