Very cute and form-fitting shiny skirt. Would best fit sizes XXS-XS or 22"-23" waists. Only tried on, was never worn other than trying on, it fit my 24" waist and 32" hips but unfortunately I could not move comfortably in this as it was very fitting. Retails for $58 without tax and shipping charges! Will go lower on pp.
