This agenda is in excellent condition, it sat on a desk at home for most of its life. There are no stains, tears, or other signs of wear on the leather. The card slots and small pockets on the inside flap were never used. There is a small amount of wear on the button and metal binder on the inside, small scuffs from natural use. The wear on the binder won’t be seen once you put papers in. This will only come with the dust bag and shopping bag. I paid $660 with tax
