SOLD - Forever 21 White Lace Tie-Neck Top

Adorable white lace short sleeve blouse with black trim around the sleeves and neck. Has a self tie bow on the neck and scalloped hemline. Slightly cropped length. No lining so it is pretty see through. Wore once, very good condition. Chest measures 17 inches flat, length is about 18 inches.
