Precious halter dress with white buttons. This is so flattering. Accentuates the waist and flares out at the hips. This almost has a vintage flare. Some of the buttons are coming loose, but can easily be tightened with some thread. This is used, but still in great condition! Could use some ironing or a steam for the wrinkles.
