Gorgeous, soft tulle cake skirt with sunset colors! Twenty tiers of ruffles in hues of pink, orange, brown/taupe and green. New in plastic bag, came without tags. “Free” size will fit approximately 24”-32” waist. Wide, comfortable pull-on elastic waist, does not cut into body. Fully lined in soft, stretchy polyester.
