The 40th week of 2016 (October 2016). 1st and 3rd #represent the week in the year. 2nd and 4th represent the year. Purchased at Neiman Marcus. I'm selling it for a male coworker. The owner of our company purchased 15 bags and raffled them off at our Christmas party, my coworker won a bag. Being a man, he doesn't want the bag. I offered to help him sell it.
