🚫SOLD!🚫 VICTORIA'S SECRET Hi Rise Frayed Shorts

Size 8. Washed once, but never worn. I originally purchased this new with tags, but realized it was too big so I took tags off and washed them in an attempt to shrink them, but sadly, they still didn't fit. These are seriously the cutest and I wish so much to fit them! High rise/ high waist. Frayed edges. Approx: 14"'across waist/ 10.5" rise.
