bellinedonne Liz, American size 7.5 corresponds to European 38, AM 8 = EU 38.5 and AM 8.5 = EU39.

bellinedonne I did not see your comment until the shoes had been shipped in size Am 7.5. (Eur 38) I am happy to change the size to Am 8 ( Eur 38.5 )however you will need to return the shoes that were shipped and have been delivered and kindly pay for the additional shipping as your messages arrived after I had shipped the first order. bellinedonne @333liz I replied to you earlier today. Unfortunately, I only saw the messages you sent requesting a size change after I had shipped the shoes as ordered in Size Am 7.5 = Eur 38. I have replied to Poshmark regarding your case review request with the same feedback: I am happy to make the size exchange to Am size 8 = Eur size 38.5 once you return those that have already been delivered and presuming you will cover shipping. : ) Please reply with timing for return. 333liz @bellinedonne, Hi Greetings. Would just like to check with you that Size 7.5 US- SILVER PUMPS by Enrico Cuini was indeed sent to me. Reason Being, I received an electronic receipt and the size is stated as 9.5. I'm currently out of town for work and would only be back after a week, hence I'm unable to verify the size was indeed 7.5 US. I'll try 7.5 US first and if it doesnt fit, then I'll contact you subsequently to exchange for US 8. Would you prefer that I release payment first? Thank You.

bellinedonne @333liz I have no idea why you received an electronic receipt indicating the shoes are size 9.5. We don't have size 9.5,. The shoes I sent are as confirmed, EUR 38 = AM size 7.5. I'm willing to exchange size 7.5, but absolutely would like you to release payment now in good faith and imagine that Poshmark process will require it. Please let me know as soon as you return home whether you wish to exchange or not for quick processing. I'll be holding EUR 38.5 /AM 8 for you.Thank you.
