The Cole haans you bought from me are new and only have been tried on. 1 star is unacceptable for that and the packaging was the original box which has never been a problem for anyone else. Thanks for buying but I think that’s a bit harsh. Have a great day 😊

@joppadee first off the pics on the listing is completly clean and new, the ones I received today is dirty and the sole is obviously been worn and you didn't even wrapped the package correctly so I don't know what's harsh in that... I actually reported it and send poshmark the pictures of how I received it.

They were wrapped in all original inserts and each had own plastic bag in the original box. Not sure what happen outside of that. Only tried on and not worn. Sorry for the inconvenience :)

@joppadee it was inside plastic there isn't any wrapping inside the box were damaged... but this shoea is not brand new at all.

@joppadee you know that this shoes is not even close to being new and there's no wrapping... YOU HAVE TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION. you can have this shoes back and give me my money back.

@thesecretgarden Hello its just loose on my foot but as you can see on the 2 bottom picturesI took, I placed the bottom protector but just didn't get a chance to wear them. I hope this answers your question
