Bought and wore this dress once for my Barbie-themed birthday party this summer! I'd love for someone else to wear it to a fun party, concert, or even school dance! It fits tight, but not uncomfortably so. You can move the "sleeves" up on your shoulders, but I think it looks better off the shoulder.
