Saks Fifth Avenue short-sleeve blouse

Super soft and comfortable double layer short-sleeve navy blouse from Saks Fifth Avenue. The inner lining is a fitted viscose tank, sewn at the collar to a sheer outer shell. It’s a well-loved garment with some pilling around the collar and sleeves, pictured, which I am reflecting in the price. Still beautiful as part of a work ensemble or paired with jeans. I especially love it with the navy SAND Copenhagen scarf also listed in my closet.
