bellavivi @kavon18 hi yes the blue and the cream are both still available. I would say they're high rise. Im not sure how they would fit depending on height, but they are regular jeans, not capri's. The inseam is 24 inches long so you can always try to measure the inseam in a pair of jeans you have to see if they match up & would work for you.
