These are Sam Edelman leather loafers in black, with a lug sole and gold metal detail. Never worn, kept in original packaging and box. The loafers are a 10 1/2 but run small imo. Should work fine for size 9 1/2 or 10. Cute, cushioned comfort that will last years due to the amazing materials and construction.
