brown4973 Hi! I'm back looking at your great closet! Had to budget because I have a son in college! Does this turtleneck run big? If it measures approximately 22 across the chest, I would say rather big for a small. Also interested in the flower blouse. I'm a medium 8ish. I don't want to swim in it but would like it loose.
