@lyta3345665 Hi! There are no flaws to the outer jacket. There is just some minor discoloration around the pink collar lining.

Hi I know this says a size S but since it’s a 38 what sizing in US size would you say this fits best? Like a 2 or 4? Is it on the looser baggier end?
