u5312345 @designer0309 hi! I am a true 7.5 and these are somewhat tight for my liking. However the height is comfortable for a 4 inch heel and I can still walk in them if I keep them for special occasions only. I also feel like 38 would slip on the back. So maybe my feet are a bit wide? Which is why if I don’t sell for this price, I’d rather just wear myself- still doable. I hope this is somewhat helpful. They are gorg!!!

u5312345 @designer0309 totally get it. What is your size in other brands? For example, I had to buy Kate spade made in italy in size 38 (the ones I listed here too- they are just too high for me but they fit well). US sizes i am 7.5.

u5312345 @designer0309 these are suede and they will have signs of wear after the first time you use them. I took more pics the best I could after brushing. All I can say these were worn inside in my office, and they are in excellent used condition which is reflected in the price I ask. I got them brand new this fall.
