Scala Navy Blue Beaded dress

I love this dress and am so sad it doesn’t fit, it is a beautiful navy blue scala dress size M/L but fits more like a S, It’s in perfect condition, no missing beads as far as I can tell and is ready for a new home pit-pit 16” waist about 13.5” neck line 9” lengths is approx 58” from neckline to bottom i am 5’3 and it goes to a little above my ankles make me an offer!
