Scarlett Beaded (Fit-and-Flare) Flattering Fit

VERY well made, purchased in a specialty shop originally for $245. Worn once and in excellent condition. My daughter is 5' 7" and this hit her 2.5-3" above the knee. 2.5 Layers of tulle. Perfect poof. The back panel was added by the boutique seamstress to give a little extra bust room, but is removable to make this a backless lace-up if you'd like, or add any color ribbon to lace up. When you receive this you won't believe the deal you got!
