Yes, it's Royal Blue. I added a new picture that compares it to a Navy Blue so you can get a better idea of the color comparison.

i_heart_gators @lovebyposh both the shirt and pants in your bundle are Royal Blue. I have added a new picture of 3 items that fall into the royal blue category taken in the same lighting so you can compare. As you can see, not an exact match but very close. The printed shirt is a bit grayer blue, not quite as bright as the pants and the other top with the criss-crosses on the shoulders, those 2 are a better match, but I have worn both tops with these pants.

i_heart_gators @jennym772 it is just the top. I was asked what color it was and whether it matched something else that I was selling from my closet. I posted a picture of three items so they could get an idea if the colors match, but the top is just an item by itself. You are certainly welcome to add something else to it and create a bundle if you like!
