Sea New York blue dress. Metallic gold thread is woven into the fabric, and the flutter sleeves and neck are trimmed with ruffles and fun trim. Hem is designed slightly longer in the back than front as per pictures. Bodice is smocked with elastic thread for stretch. Fabric does not stretch. Left corner of Sea tag was loose and has been sewn back on. I bought this dress new, and have had it freshly dry-cleaned - just ready for something new. From a smoke free home.
