koel @deguichard, just posted the pics and hips are 18” and given the fabric, there’s a lot of give buy if you’re a bit smaller than that, the skirt would still lay fabulously. Lmk if you have any more questions :)

koel @deguichard, @deguichard, when I purchased the skirt, I wore 27 or 28 but having lost weight, even a 26 is large on me. I can measure it again for you :)
