Seller cancelled: is this an acceptable practice?

dltk915 @kerriedoran19 hi kerrie, I’m so sorry this happened to you. I’ve never had it happen, I did a little research & it appears a seller can cancel. It seems unethical esp for the reason stated. If an offer is accepted, it should be binding. I just did a quick google & apparently it happens a lot😕.
