4loveandfun Hey lovely. Quick question. If you have someone with a big bundle, how do you handle that? Do you try to split it up into two or do you just add on to the price to make up for the extra shipping? Do you know what the rates are for extra shipping?

4duffy @4loveandfun Hey Darling! Sorry for the delayed response, just got your message. I've had enough big bundles to know You can typically put 5-6 items in a box and still be under the 5lb limit. If it's more items than that, here's my suggestions. Weight the Bundle if you can. If it's just a little over 5lbs, add on a few extra dollars to cover the up charge. But, if it's over 7-8 lbs, split the bundle into 2 orders.

4duffy @4loveandfun If memory serves me well, it's after 8lbs that the up charge costs a ridiculous amount, and it's cheaper to just pay the 2 shipping fees for two 5lb. boxes. Hope that helps and conrats on your big sale!!🤗💜

4loveandfun @4duffy LOL! That is super helpful. I think I would definitely need to split them. I am not sure if this is actually a go though. She keeps moving things around and I have tried several comments and she doesn't respond. I am just trying to be proactive. It's like she is responding by moving things around in the bundle based on what I said.🤷🏻‍♀️

4loveandfun I would love to see the chart if you can point me to that! Also, if there are many things in the bundle, do I just remove some, send an offer, then add the others and send another offer? Or will she have to accept the first offer before I create a second bundle?

4duffy @4loveandfun No problem, happy to be of help. It's probably best if you divulge to her in advance of any offer that there's an added fee for exceeding the 5lbs., but if she's not corresponding with you that can be tricky.

4duffy @4loveandfun Perhaps say something like, I appreciate your bundling and I'd love to make you a nice offer whenever you're ready. Or say, by bundling your favorite items, I can offer you my best discount. Happy to offer when you're ready! Then once she's ready, explain the shipping situation in the Bundle comment section, right beneath the bundled items.

4duffy @4loveandfun Here's how to see the chart... click on one of your sales, scroll to where you'd usually see download label. There you'll see Need a new label, click that. Next you'll see need a label for more weight, click that. Then there's an option to choose the extra weight you need, click that and it will show the chart of costs for additional weights.
