The Patty Blouse is a perfect summer closet staple. The blouse has a low v-neck with relatively wide shoulders (there are small enclosures in the shoulders to ensure the blouse stays attached to a bra/tank underneath). The back has delicate beautiful pleating. Worn once and unfortunately is just a touch too large for my frame.
