Fun ruffled sheer fully lined black dressy skirt with beading around the bottom as seen in the photos. The beading goes the entire way around the skirt. It is 42 in long from the elasticized waist to the bottom. Size medium. 100% silk shell, 100% acetate lining. Dry clean only. Looks great with the tan and black top that I have posted.
