Shein Green W/ White Dots Maxi Dress

Shein sage green maxi dress with white dots, size large. Worn a few times but slight too big for me in the bust. Waist is cinched with elastic and a belt that can be removed, although there are two belt loops on the sides. The front has two slits as shown in picture.
