Sherri Hill teal embroidered short prom dress

Teal tulle dress embroidered dress (with layer of yellow tulle for depth). Teal and pink flowers with gold embellishments. Small beading and jewels. Easily removable tulle bow. Strapless but secure. I originally bought the dress for $600, the price reflects it being worn once and a small rip in one of the tulle hems. *the rip in the hem is about a foot long. The hem is lined with plastic, the rip is a part where that plastic is missing. Similar to a fallen hem*
