princesskhaye @natalie_srz oh lol it's supposed to lock and unlock the way turn the handles. It's just for the silver handles if you don't want it to turn as much

princesskhaye I know it's the Farouk edition from chi. I don't have the box anymore I wish I could help you more. I know the unlocks on it is just to lock or unlock the twisting of the curler including the handle and the silver rod. Just play around with it and let me know if you have any more questions. I love that curler cus it heats up in a second! Lol I don't have to wait around to get it to get hot. It's just instant. @natalie_srz
