Wow, that’s such a bummer. I guess you really can’t let new shoes sit in the closet for a few years. I had something similar happen to a pair of danskos I bought so I understand your disappointment. I just sent Poshmark customer service an email and hopefully we get the refund case started. If not I’m happy to do it another way.
