Shoulder Ribbon Navy and Ivory Lace Pullover Dress

Romantic and feminine spaghetti strap sleeveless pullover dress by Judith March. Shoulder straps have ribbons that can be tied into bows, and the front has ivory embroidered lace applique. Cinched elastic waist gives the top a blouson look. Size small. Item is in good preowned condition. I do my best to note and photograph any obvious defects, but the item may show minor signs of wear.
