Does this need a liner or other base or do you wear this by itself as an outer layer?

@ehrooney91 this is a shell jacket, so you would wear this with a warm (non waterproof) jacket underneath. On warm skiing days my daughter wore this with just base layers but that's only recommended for spring ski days
