Brand new with tags. Never worn because they run big. I failed to read the product description and see where it states to size down if you want a snugger fit. I’m 5’9 size 27 and the 4 Talls were too loose and too long. They would fit a 28/29 better. The model in the photos is 5’10 and definitely wearing the regular length.
