Reposhing this item I purchased from @veronicatx2. While labeled 3X, this Eileen Fisher blazer fits more like a 2X from Lafayette 148 or Calvin Klein. I'm tall, and the length of this blazer is shorter than I would prefer. The shoulder padding is moderate and flattering, and the cut\drape of the sleeve is quite fabulous.
