hggarber @jhsong82 waist measures 23" but it's fully elasticized, total length from waist to hem is 42", inseam is just over 32", flares are 16" diameter/32" circumference. Let me know if you have any more questions! I'm happy to help :)

hggarber @jhsong82 no problem!! yes I think I definitely was wearing heels. I don't remember which ones but they are long on me (I'm about 5'3") so for them to be off the ground I know I had to have had some sort of heel on! The waist is very stretchy. I'm about 23" and it's actually barely too large on me so it's hard for me to guess exactly how much stretch it has, but i would definitely say that it is very flexible at the waist
