aflaroche @elizabethpost Hi there. You’ll see in the 2nd photo that the 3 inches is the outside measurement. It is slightly under 3 inches on the inside. Think it might fit?

aflaroche My wrist is 6 3/4 inches around. I’ve added 2 more photos. Open the bracelet is 3 1/2 inches - closed, the inside is 2 3/4. I hope this helped.
