scoutlifestyle @madelinegreiner It's hard to get a good measurement. laying flat from arm pit to arm pit it's 14" but it's elastic across the bust. There is not really a waist, it's got an empire waist so it's gathered around the ribs but flowy from there down. Does that make sense?
