brian_kile @catsarecool987 I'm honestly not 100% sure. From what I've heard from other customers one size up seems to fit comfortably for everyone, but I'm not sure if it's the length or the width.

brian_kile @catsarecool987 So I had my wife try them on and she is a full 8. She feels like the size 40 fit her perfect, but said she wouldn't want to go any smaller. I hope that helps!

courtnielaine @bkhite217 just a warning, these run like 2 sizes smaller, and very narrow. I would legitimately order 2 sizes larger. I just got mine last week and couldn’t even put my foot in the shoe.
